Technical Customer Service Adviser – Scheduling Coordinator


37.5 Hours per week

Our Halifax based client is looking to hire a Technical Customer Service Adviser to join their team on a permanent basis. Offering the opportunity to join a busy and thriving company which offers a varied role.

The role:

Receiving calls from customers to report vehicle faults
Logging information provided to you over the phone with accurate information
Keeping a log of ongoing jobs
Making inbound and outbound calls
Allocating jobs to Engineers
Dealing with engineers and scheduling appointments
The candidate:

Strong communicator
Computer literate
Ability to work as a team
Calm under pressure
Confident speaking to new people
Confident allocating work
Positive attitude to work

Worked within a customer service environment
Previous Telesales experience would be beneficial
Ideally have worked or have knowledge of managing engineers schedules but is not essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £16,000.00 to £18,000.00 /year
