Our client are a leading name in their own market place, based just outside the centre of Halifax are currently looking for an Internal Sales Professional who is able to build and maintain working relationships, B2B, with new customers and follow the sale through to the very end. The successful, chosen professional will have a background in sales and be able to work without supervision to both sell and account manage. You must be confident to speak to distributors about a range of products

The successful candidate will:
-Have a strong personality and passion for sales as well as being target driven
-Have a personable nature and open and honest approach to the role
-Make an effort to understand and learn as much knowledge regarding products as possible
-Make outbound calls to new customers
-Understand the needs of customers to provide exemplary service throughout the sales process
-Make contact with dormant customers in the interest of bringing working relationships back to life
-Be comfortable using an internal system to keep close records of contact made with potential and established clients
-Manage any sales process and accounts set up to ensure consistent and regular orders from clients for 12 months after first sale being made
There is scope for progression within this role and the successful candidate will be keen and willing to undertake more responsibility to further themselves within the company and drive sales. This is a great role for someone who can come in and make it their own, using initiative to generate business and to become an integral part of the team and business growth. It is imperative you are reliable, enthusiastic and willing to progress within this role.
The position is full time hours, the company are flexible to allow the successful candidate to work “school hours” for example, as long as those hours are then stuck to permanently.
